Business Analyst (Insurance Domain)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance domain lifecycle and possess excellent analytical and problemsolving skills. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements analyze data and develop effective solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering:
- Elicit analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Conduct interviews workshops and surveys to gather information and understand business processes.
- Create detailed requirements specifications including use cases process flows and data models.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
- 59 years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on the insurance domain.
- Indepth understanding of the insurance lifecycle including underwriting policy administration claims processing and risk management.
- Proven ability to gather analyze and document complex business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g. UML BPMN).
- Preferred:
- Experience with insurance industry software applications.
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
- Experience with insurance industry software applications.
- Good to have: LOMA (Life Office Management Association) certification or equivalent.
