- Rental Collection: Ensure seamless rent collection maintaining accurate records and efficient processes.
- Viewing and Sales: Showcase properties persuasively aiding in successful tenant acquisitions and sales efforts.
- Marketing: Develop and implement strategies that attract potential tenants enhancing property visibility.
- Property Maintenance: Oversee property upkeep collaborating with teams for timely maintenance solutions.
- Tenant Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals prioritizing tenant relationships and retention.
- Tenant Relationship Management: Build strong tenant relationships resolving queries and issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Able to communicate in English fluently.
- 13 years of customer service experience preferably in industries such as real estate commercial property hospitality (hotels/restaurants) insurance and related sectors.
- People person.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Customercentric mindset with attention to detail.
