Junior Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Location: Remote

About the role:

Are you a people person with excellent communication skills Were looking for a Junior Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide topnotch support to our customers.

What youll do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Assist in developing customer service procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

What were looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus.
  • 12 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using customer service software.
