We re on the hunt for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist (SpanishEnglish) to be the voice of our company in Latin America. You ll be handling inquiries from clients across Latin America providing both technical and general support. Responsibilities:

Provide firstlevel customer and technical support to clients across the Americas

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in both English and Spanish
.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the company s music products or services
.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support tickets
.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
.
Previous experience in customer support
.
Strong problemsolving and communication skills
.
Basic technical knowledge with the ability to quickly learn new systems
.
Passion for music and understanding of Latin American music culture
