Job Functions of Consultant / Senior Consultant
- Doing the 360 degree practice of recruitment includes attracting clients and candidates
- Developing relationships managing and active communication with clients
- Prescreening candidates CV for assessing the candidate potential
interview and preparing for forwarding to clients
- Coordinating with clients end to end process to start date
- Developing and maintaining relations with HR team/Recruit channel partners
- Always keeping in contact with clients to get feedback and any problems of candidates
- Focused selfmotivated and a confident individual who possesses strong customer service sales experience and multitasking skills
- Achieves sales target
- Prescreening candidates CV for assessing the candidate potential interview and preparing for forwarding to clients
- Preparing wage schedules employment conditions compensation and benefits for employment approval
Qualification required
- Great negotiation skills
- Good command of English
- Passionate in a salesdriven / target driven working environment
- Sociable outgoing and hustler personality enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis
- Eager and passionate in a recruitment consultancy work where you will always learn new and different things from time to time
