Provide outstanding customer service via email and phone interactions.
Assist customers from leading airlines with flight changes cancellations lost baggage and claims.
Handle and resolve customer inquiries promptly across multiple channels.
Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams and ensure accurate communication with customers.
The Ideal Candidate:
Languages: Proficient writing and speaking skills in French with fluency in English.
Experience: Prior experience in the airline industry or operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
Booking Systems: Familiarity with booking systems like Amadeus Galileo or Sabre is a bonus.
Skills: Strong communication problemsolving and customer service skills. Previous experience in BPO or contact centers is beneficial.
Education: Graduates or undergraduates from any discipline are welcome.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Adaptability: Willing to work in a dynamic contact center environment.
