FullTime OnSite Position Candidates Must Reside in Metro Detroit Area
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Training Programs: Design and update comprehensive training materials and curricula for clinical staff ensuring they are evidencebased and meet organizational objectives.
Facilitate Training Sessions: Lead dynamic training sessions including workshops seminars and individualized coaching tailored to diverse learning styles and needs.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through performance metrics and feedback and recommend or implement improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with clinical leadership HR and other departments to identify training needs and align programs with the organizations priorities.
Stay Informed: Continuously update knowledge on clinical practices regulatory changes and innovative training methodologies incorporating these insights into training content.
Ensure Compliance: Support regulatory compliance by aligning training materials with relevant standards and assisting with audits or accreditation processes.
Mentorship: Provide ongoing guidance to clinical staff especially new hires helping them develop the necessary skills and confidence.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or related field required. Advanced degrees or certifications in Clinical Training or Education are a plus.
Experience: At least 35 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting with prior experience in a training or instructional role highly preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners. Must be highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Knowledge: A deep understanding of clinical practices healthcare regulations adult learning principles and familiarity with training tools and technologies.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook PowerPoint Visio OneNote Project) and experience in managing projects and processes.
Training Expertise: Experience with curriculum design computerbased training and facilitating sessions to a variety of audiences.
