Coating Supervisor Coordinator

Our client the specializes in designing and installing structures for the oil and gas industry particularly for offshore drilling platforms.

Position: Coating Supervisor and Coordinator.

Salary: Negotiable (THB.)

Employment Status: Contract 1 Year.

Location: Leam Chabang Chonburi.

Working: Mon Fri 07:30 17:00 and Sat 07:30 12:00 am.

Bus provided: Sukumvit main road from Chalermthai Chonburi and Banchang Rayong.

Benefit: Over Time Group Health Insurance Annual Leave 6 Days per year.

Starting Date: ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and understand the policy objective and target that the company issue and have to perform follow this system to achieve the specific policy.
• Strictly abide by any procedures and any work instruction concerned.
• To suggest improving the procedures or work instructions properly.
• To reduce the environmental impact which is caused by the working activities.
• Perform as defined in the Quality Procedure
• Ensure project reporting is properly managed and delivered. The Coating Supervisor will report to Lead Coating.
• Manage staff prepare work schedules assign specific duties and delegate appropriately.
• Resolve problems that arise during Projects in an open and efficient manner.
• Establish and implement objectives for all direct reports.
• Liaise with other lead and package manager on coordination with other package to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure all Contract obligations are delivered.
• Working with the company / client QHSE to deliver the projects health and safety procedures.
• Other duties as defined.

Job Specifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Specialist certifications in related fields or both.
• expertise in painting and fireproofing control for piping structures and pressure tanks adhering to SSPC and NACE procedures.
• More than 7 years experience in petroleum petrochemical Oil and Gas facilities construction and field coordination activities with 3 years in offshore environment.
