Hello! The Data Group is searching of an enthusiastic Business Manager to join our team in Portugal Lisbon.

Profile
- Degree in Management Business Administration Economics Information Systems or similar;
- Empathic focused willing to learn and to thrive in commercial area;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good communication skills and native in Portuguese and fluency in English;
- Living in Lisbon area with availability for presential work (Lisbon Expo) and to visit clients;
Key Responsibilities
- Market prospection scheduling meetings work on clients technical needs;
- Source and attract top IT talent through various channels;
- Screen candidates conduct interviews and evaluate qualifications;
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process and candidate pipelines;
- Management of clients technical needs and consultants team;
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT roles technologies and industry trends;
- Proven experience as an IT Manager.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
