Job Description
Are you an email marketing pro who loves building customer relationships through targeted engaging campaigns Were looking for a CRM Email Specialist with a solid background in HTML coding who can take email marketing to the next level. In this role youll create personalized highimpact email campaigns focusing on dining entertainment travel and exclusive offers.
Youll use your CRM expertise to segment audiences design workflows and send the right message at the right time. If youre passionate about datadriven marketing and have a knack for crafting compelling emails this role is for you!
What Youll Do:
In your role youll collaborate with our Content team and take on a variety of tasks to ensure our email campaigns are effective and visually appealing. Heres a snapshot of what a typical day might look like:
- Collaborate with the Content Team in a standup meeting to plan your day
- Build engaging email campaigns from scratch
- Segment and analyze member data for targeted outreach
- Schedule and deploy emails to our members
- Conduct quality assurance checks on colleagues emails
- Identify and resolve any coding issues in email templates to ensure optimal deliverability
- Design and develop new HTML modules for our campaigns
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
This role requires a strong coding background especially in email HTML. Heres what you should bring to the table:
- 2 Experience as a CRM EMail Specialist
- Expertise in HTML and CSS: You should be proficient in crafting email templates and fixing any bugs.
- Interactive Email Creation: You have experience building engaging interactive emails.
- Responsive Design Skills: Good knowledge of modular and responsive HTML and CSS is essential.
- Multilingual Experience: Familiarity with lefttoright (LTR) and righttoleft (RTL) languages is a plus.
- ESP Knowledge: Experience with Acoustic or similar ESPs is essential.
- Design Understanding: A solid grasp of email design principles.
- ProblemSolving Skills: You approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
- Attention to Detail: You pride yourself on delivering highquality work with a keen eye for detail.
- Organization & Time Management: You are highly organized and can efficiently manage your time.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are vital for collaborating with the team.
