Are you ready to ensure the resilience of Axpos critical IT systems and lead the strategic IT portfolio As the Group IT Resilience & Portfolio Manager you will play a crucial role in both safeguarding IT operations and managing highimpact initiatives. Youll collaborate with key stakeholders across Group IT to ensure preparedness for critical IT incidents and deliver businessaligned portfolio outcomes.
What you will do:
- Lead IT emergency preparedness ensuring readiness for incidents like system outages or cyberattacks
- Coordinate IT emergency management processes aligned with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies
- Deliver training and facilitate drills to ensure the team is prepared for emergencies
- Collaborate with Group IT and Crisis Management teams to integrate IT risks into the broader organizational strategy
- Set up manage and execute the Group IT portfolio ensuring alignment with business goals
- Facilitate decisionmaking and prioritization with key stakeholders driving agile execution and progress tracking
What you bring & who you are:
- Expertise in IT emergency response and crisis management with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity risks
- Strong communicator adept at working with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders and influencing leadership decisions
- Proven experience in Portfolio Management with over 5 years in Agile environments
- Skilled in agile methodologies and practices driving continuous improvement
- Techsavvy with a working knowledge of IT infrastructure network security and tools like Jira
