Job Description

Overview

*** This position is contingent upon contract award ***

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an HR Manager to manage the HR program for a services contract in Doha Qatar. The HR Manager will serve as the Program Managers HR lead and will be responsible for all aspects of HR support for program with U.S. and third country national employees.



Essential Job Duties
  • Administratively manage and track personnel on the program.
  • Advise the Program Manager on HR matters and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations contract policies host nation labor laws and CTIPS requirements.
  • Develop and implement site specific HR procedures.
  • Interface with third party labor broker for personnel support to the program.
  • Oversee recruiting in support of the program.
  • Interface with corporate HR for policies guidance and support.
  • Attend and host meetings.
  • Prepare reports.



Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree. Associates degree and 5 years of experience may be substituted.
  • 3 years of HR experience on U.S. Government contracts overseas with an international workforce.
  • Proficient written and verbal communicator.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.



Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM or equivalent certification desired.



Work Environment
  • Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
  • Long hours exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
