They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team and oversee the delivery of IT services across the organization.
Job Summary:
- The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT services to the medical groups various locations.
- This includes overseeing the maintenance and support of all IT systems managing the IT service desk and ensuring the delivery of highquality IT services to all employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and experience working in the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies and processes to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services across the organization.
- Manage the IT service desk team and ensure timely and accurate resolution of IT issues and requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and ensure the delivery of appropriate solutions.
- Oversee the maintenance and support of all IT systems including hardware software and networks.
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT services identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of services and support.
- Manage the IT budget and ensure costeffective delivery of IT services.
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for IT staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for improvement in IT service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience managing a team and delivering IT services in a fastpaced environment. (preferably in Medical systems)
- Strong knowledge of IT systems including hardware software and networks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Experience working with IT vendors and service providers.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Proven ability to develop and implement IT service delivery strategies and processes.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
