Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Dutch English)
Location: Athens (Remote option available if application is submitted by 12.10.2024)

Job Type: Fulltime Rotational Shifts (40 hours per week)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM 6:30 PM
• Saturday to Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
• 5 days per week with rotational shifts

Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist who is a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English to join our team. In this position you will provide outstanding customer service address inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience. This role offers the possibility to work remotely if your application is submitted by 12.10.2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in both Dutch and English
• Resolve customer issues related to products services orders and technical matters
• Troubleshoot and efficiently handle customer problems
• Maintain accurate and uptodate customer account information
• Work with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

Qualifications:

• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar position
• Strong communication skills and a customercentric approach
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working remotely in a homeoffice setting
