Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Dutch English)
Location: Athens (Remote option available if application is submitted by 12.10.2024)
Job Type: Fulltime Rotational Shifts (40 hours per week)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Saturday to Sunday: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
- 5 days per week with rotational shifts
Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist who is a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English to join our team. In this position you will provide outstanding customer service address inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience. This role offers the possibility to work remotely if your application is submitted by 12.10.2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in both Dutch and English
- Resolve customer issues related to products services orders and technical matters
- Troubleshoot and efficiently handle customer problems
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer account information
- Work with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
Qualifications:
- Native Dutch speaker with fluent English skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar position
- Strong communication skills and a customercentric approach
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working remotely in a homeoffice setting
