Role Summary:
In this role you will assess usergenerated content to ensure it meets platform standards. Youll enforce guidelines manage user appeals and collaborate closely with your team to maintain a secure and positive user experience while staying informed about trends to improve moderation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Evaluate videos audio comments and links to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Identify and address inappropriate content to protect the platform
- Guideline Enforcement: Ensure all content including images and titles adheres to platform rules and standards
- User Assistance: Handle user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation decisions
- Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent adherence to compliance regulations
- Trend Monitoring: Observe user trends and behaviors to identify potential risks and adjust moderation strategies as needed
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback on moderation practices and work with internal teams to enhance tools and strategies
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
- At least one year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field
