Job Title: Account Manager (Native French Speaker)
Location: Bucharest (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 06:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Frenchspeaking clients.
- Act as the main contact for client inquiries addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product and service delivery.
- Monitor account performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell helping drive business growth.
- Prepare and present client proposals reports and account reviews.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both clients and the company.
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to offer strategic advice.
Requirements:
- Nativelevel fluency in French (written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in account management sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Detailoriented and proactive in solving problems.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
