Customer Administrator - Full Time Or Part Time

A midsized consumer goods retail company in Clifton Park New York has an immediate need for an energetic and motivated Customer Administrator. Weekend hours are required. Parttime candidates for weekends only will also be considered.

Pay is $18$20 per hour.

As a Customer Administrator you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Taking customer payments
• Running credit applications
• Scheduling deliveries and/or pickups
• Entering payments into excel and other administrative related duties.

Requirements:

• High energy people person.
• Coachable curious learner.
• Desire a work/life balance with a 40 hour retail work week.
• Attention to detail and a level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Available to work weekends evenings and retail holidays.
