You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSeeking a suitable candidate for the position of Cybersecurity Project Manager.
The Project Manager is responsible to lead a team to develop and implement cybersecurity application/infrastructure systems. The individual is also responsible for project and resource scheduling project tracking risk management and quality assurance. Overseeing the development and implementation of the project as well as to track and control all project phases and activities.
Job Duties
Lead a team of more than 20 people over a range of medium to large scale/complex projects
Working with customers/stakeholders to align project objectives propose delivery schedules and secure necessary resources
Planning all project work streams based on a detailed understanding of project scope and deliverables
Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition into operations for ongoing BAU management.
Coordinating with key stakeholders across teams to improve alignment develop joint priorities with the technology and business teams
Working with vendors to manage scope schedule and cost for project deliverables
Success will be evident in the measurement of clear planning of project scope timeliness of deliverables managing customer expectations and successful completion of project milestones.
Job Requirements
Normal office hours
Remote work arrangements. If travel is required expenses can be reimbursed.
Able to cope in a highly pressured fastpaced environment
Experienced in delivering cybersecurity projects in system engineering and security assessment projects in manufacturing environments.
Good understanding of industrial cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443 NIST 2.0 and other relevant standards and best practices
Customer orientated with high level of service attitude
Good listening and analytical skills

Team player and also able to work independently and with little supervision
Able to thrive in a dynamic environment
Able to understand the system and architecture diagrams

Education
Bachelors Degree in an Engineering discipline preferably in Electrical or InfoCommunication.
PMP PRINCE2 or other equivalent certifications required.
CISSP CISM certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
Minimally 58 years of experience in Cybersecurity System Integration and Infrastructure Projects
Effective problemsolving and mediation skills
Ability to adapt to fastpaced and changing environments.
Excellent crossgroup and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with technical and nontechnical teams
Excellent communication presentation and advisory skills capable of engaging senior stakeholders
