Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Basic understanding of HR best practices employee relations and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools with good organizational and problemsolving skills.
