Role Overview
The role involves supporting Client Management and Advocacy teams during the renewal process by managing tasks and deliverables.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with various functional teams to prepare and finalize client deliverables ensuring accurate billing and invoicing onboarding new clients and managing client exposure details.
- Scheduling and taking minutes for strategy meetings data entry for client submissions and assisting in proposal creation.
- Supporting tax filing activities binding coverage with carriers preparing summaries of insurance and monitoring renewal activities.
- Reporting support and managing ad hoc requests for endorsements and certificates.
Basic Qualifications
Education: College/University Graduate.Experience: 2 to 5 years in the insurance renewal cycle preferably with US insurance experience.Skills:- Knowledge of the endtoend insurance renewal cycle and various insurance documents.
- Understanding of catastrophe modeling (helpful but not essential).
- Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Problemsolving abilities to navigate complex information and adhere to procedures.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking skills for efficient task management.
- Attention to detail to ensure highquality and accurate information for clients.
