Premier Placements has an exciting opportunity for a motivated experienced FSQS Clerk (Food Safety Quality Lead) to join an established team near the Greensboro NC area. As a FSQS Lead you will ensure the FSQS Technicians are following quality and food safety procedures and work closely with facility leadership to maintain the quality and safety of the food products produced.

Responsibilities:
- The FSQS Lead is responsible for managing process data and ensuring the entry and accuracy of that data in Excel Spreadsheets. Data management includes but is not limited to the following categories:
- Raw weights data Piece Count data Bag weight data
- Preoperational SSOP tracking
- Sensory data for weekly cuttings and special projects
- Error management and tracking
- The FSQS Lead is responsible for generating data summaries based on data entered on spreadsheets.
- The FSQS Lead is responsible for ensuring an adequate supply of all production monitoring forms is always available.
- The FSQS Lead is responsible for understanding UPS and FedEx packing and shipping requirements for production samples for FSQS and Product Innovation departments.
- The FSQS Lead must be able to perform relief duties for the FSQS Technicians
- The FSQS Lead must be able to prepare sample analysis request forms (SARFs) and samples for evaluations at thirdparty laboratory.
- The FSQS Lead is responsible for ensuring proper presentation and execution of weekly sensory activities.
- The FSQS Lead must be able to assist with routine traceability exercises.
- The FSQS Lead is responsible for ensuring audit preparedness by managing a systematic filing and organizational practices.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role and operation.
- Be familiar with all facility food safety requirements.
- e proficient in the use of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
