Job Overview

As a Content Moderator you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and engaging online environment. Your primary responsibility will be to review assess and moderate usergenerated content in accordance with established guidelines and standards. This position is critical in ensuring that online communities remain respectful safe and appropriate for all users.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Review:
  • Review usergenerated content including text images and videos to ensure compliance with community standards and policies.
  • Identify and address potential violations related to hate speech harassment graphic content and other inappropriate material.
• Policy Enforcement:
  • Apply established content moderation policies consistently and fairly ensuring adherence to client guidelines.
  • Escalate any complex issues or policy violations to the appropriate channels for further investigation.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Document and report findings trends and potential areas of improvement regarding content moderation practices.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges share insights and contribute to process improvements.
• Employee Support and Wellness:
  • Engage in wellness programs workshops and training initiatives to enhance personal resilience and professional growth.
  • Support and participate in initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in one of the following languages: Ukrainian Czech or Slovakian with excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
• Experience:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service operations or a related field; prior experience in content moderation or social media management is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to evaluate content and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • High empathy and cultural sensitivity to effectively handle diverse user interactions and issues.

Work Schedule

• Fulltime position with a rotating shift schedule covering 24/7 operations.
