Roles and responsibilities

Your role means relaxation and indulgence to our guests. Aside from providing quality massage therapies, facials and body treatments, your responsibility will include stock monitoring, promoting products to clients, and keeping all areas clean and organized. You will play a big role in creating amazing stories for our guests.

Qualifications

Certificate in massage
Previous spa experience
Able to communicate in English
Well groomed and high standard of personal hygiene
Enthusiastic and willing to learn
Treatment Delivery

Provide a range of spa therapies, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services.
Tailor treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences.
Client Consultation

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
Maintain client confidentiality and ensure a comfortable environment.
Product Knowledge

Recommend appropriate spa products and aftercare routines to clients based on their treatments.
Stay informed about new products and services offered by the spa.
Maintenance of Spa Area

Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and communal areas.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
Assist in managing appointment schedules and confirming bookings.
Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience.
Address client inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications
Certification/Diploma: Relevant certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field is required.
High School Diploma: Preferred.
Experience
Previous Experience: 1-2 years in a spa or wellness environment is preferred, but entry-level candidates with relevant training may also be considered.
