Job Description
Successful Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Construction Superintendent with 10years experience in all phases of multifamily construction(apartments and townhomes). Ideal candidates will be accomplished in project scheduling field supervision and quality control. Must have strong computer and organizational skills. Ability to upload and download documents from shared platforms etc. Ability to read and interpret site plans specifications blue prints & construction plans a must. Must have excellent customer relationship skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining all permits
- Developing maintaining & performing weekly updates of construction project schedules
- Managing all phases of construction projects
- Supervising all onsite construction
- Scheduling subcontractors
- Resolving daytoday problems on the job site
- Understanding & implementing the subcontractors scopes of work
- Inspecting all work during construction to ensure compliance with plans & specifications
- Creating punch lists & helping with the closing process
- Corresponding & meeting engineers town officials subcontractors etc.
- Valid Drivers License (Required)
