Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement captivating F&B promotions, ensuring maximum visibility and guest engagement. Be involved in managing our hotel's F&B social media channels, creating engaging content that showcases our culinary offerings, promotions, and events, and building a loyal online community.
From intimate gatherings to large-scale banquets, you'll oversee every aspect of catering events, including assisting during the event and leading the service team when required.
Provide exceptional service to all event attendees, anticipating their needs and resolving any issues with a smile and a can-do attitude.
Constantly research and stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new F&B concepts to keep our hotel's offerings fresh and exciting.
Assist the F&B department with administrative tasks as needed, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
Functions/Events coordination experience
F&B background
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Sound verbal and written communication skills
An understanding of project management concepts (scheduling, cost, and time management)
Highly driven, creative, self-starter who is a natural problem solver
Must be proficient in MS Office programs
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Menu Development
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop and update menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Ensure that menu offerings meet quality standards and dietary regulations.
Customer Service
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing customer feedback and resolving any issues promptly.
Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Marketing and Promotions
Implement marketing strategies to promote food and beverage services, including special events and promotions.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Budgeting and Financial Management
Prepare and manage budgets for food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
