Job Overview
As a Business Development Executive you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Outscal. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential candidates interested in our programs building relationships understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Telephonic Outreach: Initiate conversations with candidates interested in Outscals programs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
- Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to provide customized and effective solutions.
- FollowUp Coordination: Manage pre and postsales followups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
MustHaves:
- Ability to work effectively under highpressure situations.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A proactive and streetsmart attitude with a balance of hard work and smart strategies.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with technical terminology relevant to the gaming industry.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive learning attitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to explain complex products in a simple and effective manner.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Structure:
- Initial 3 Months (Probation Period): 3 LPA 3.6 LPA fixed 1.2 L incentives.
- PostProbation: Salary revised up to 4.5 L fixed uncapped incentives.
- Additional Benefits: Competitive salary and uncapped incentives.
