Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the services offered by our company.
  • Business development and consulting skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills (MS Visio MS PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability in converting opportunities into new client engagements and building longterm business relationships.
  • Researching planning and implementing new target market initiatives
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Cold Call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing maintaining and leveraging your network.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
  • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to independently handle customer interaction for technical & commercial negotiations.
  • Should have a strong affinity towards service business.
  • Communicating with customers making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Email Marketing and lead generation.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Research accounts identify key players and generate interest.


Job Skills:

  • Degree in marketing business administration or similar.
  • Extensive sales experience.
  • Intuitive and insightful particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Neat wellgroomed appearance.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Resourceful with outstanding research skills.
  • Emboldened by challenges.
