Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations (phone and email), greeting guests and accopamy them to thier table and monitor the table rotation. Roles and Responsibilities
Guest Reception

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
Manage reservations and walk-in guests, ensuring a smooth seating process.
Seating Management

Assign tables based on guest needs and server availability.
Monitor dining room flow to maximize seating efficiency and minimize wait times.
Customer Service

Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials.
Address guest inquiries and assist with any special requests or accommodations.
Communication

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service.
Relay guest feedback to management and staff to improve service.
Cleaning and Maintenance

Ensure the host/hostess area is clean and organized.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness in dining areas during service.
Event Coordination

Assist in planning and executing special events or functions as needed.
Manage seating arrangements and guest flow during events.
