Dynamics 365 Functional Administrator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Administrator to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a fully remote position and we are particularly interested in candidates based in the Philippines who have extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Service Management and Field Service modules.
As a Dynamics 365 Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining configuring and optimizing our Dynamics 365 environment to ensure smooth business operations. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs implement solutions and provide ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Support: Maintain and manage the Dynamics 365 CRM system ensuring optimal performance security and data integrity.
Customization & Configuration: Configure the Dynamics 365 platform to meet business needs including custom entities forms workflows dashboards and reports.
Service Management: Manage the Dynamics 365 Service Management module to support our customer service processes ensuring efficient case management SLA compliance and automation of service operations.
Field Service: Administer and optimize the Dynamics 365 Field Service module ensuring field technicians and service teams have access to the tools and data they need.
System Integration: Collaborate with developers and external vendors to integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and thirdparty applications.
User Training & Documentation: Provide training and support to endusers create user guides and maintain documentation for system processes.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades to ensure the platform evolves with the business.
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Administrator specifically in Dynamics 365 CRM Service Management and Field Service.
Indepth knowledge of configuring Dynamics 365 including entities workflows and security roles.
Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI is a plus.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Familiarity with integrations between Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft products (e.g. Office 365 SharePoint Azure).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required.
Preferred Experience:
3 years of handson experience in Dynamics 365 administration and management.
Prior experience working in a remote environment with global teams.
Experience working with organizations in the service industry is a plus.
