Rehabilitation Managers oversee rehabilitation services in healthcare settings ensuring quality care and compliance with standards while managing staff and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support rehabilitation staff including therapists and aides.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for rehabilitation services.
- Monitor patient care standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets staffing and resource allocation for rehabilitation programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare leadership to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in a related field (Master s preferred).
- Experience in rehabilitation services and staff management.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in rehabilitation.
