Job Description
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage with prospective C&I clients through various channels: cold calling networking industry events. Build and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in target organizations. Understand clients energy requirements recommend customized solar solutions.
Market Research Analysis: Conduct market research identify potential clients market trends competitors. Analyze and assess market dynamics identify growth opportunities.
Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare proposals presentations business cases to show value of our solar solutions to prospects. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with client needs.
Build Vertical for Solar Panel EPC Sales 100KW to 1000 KW (C&I)
Develop network of Large EPC partners/Bidders in Tenders
Drive Topline revenue profitability and market share of C&I division
Requirements
Preferred BTech Engineers/MBA Candidate
B2B Sales Experience in Solar EPC Sales in Rooftop Solar Industry
Great communication skills fluency in both English and Hindi
An attitude to get things done willing to work minimum 3 years
