We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Specialists to join our team!!
Job Summary: As a Healthcare Specialist Customer Service Representative you will be supporting a Federal Agency and delivering personalized empathetic responses to healthrelated questions from the medical community. In short you will be responsible for receiving and processing questions from medical professionals hospitals clinics and other medical related facilities and corresponding accordingly via phone. These are fulltime (40 hours per week) 100% remote positions.
Qualifications: At a minimum individuals must have a combination of educational background and work experience providing quality nursing care to patients as follows:
1) A Registered Nurse (RN) with 12 years of relevant experience.
2) An LPN with 34 years of relevant experience.
3) A Bachelor s degree in a healthrelated field with 4 years of relevant experience.
4) An Associate s degree and / or Certifications in a healthrelated field with 5 years of relevant experience.
You must understand various diseases and illnesses and have solid experience communicating with medical professionals such as physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals. You must be able to follow general instructions in addition to established policies practices and procedures. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to speak with proper English grammar and syntax. Must have knowledge of word processing and other computer applications and be able to work independently without supervision.
