Job Description

Recruit hire and train corporate sales representatives.

Provide ongoing coaching mentoring and development to team members.

Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business sales or a related field.

Proven experience in corporate sales preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Proficiency in sales methodologies and techniques.

Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
