Job Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist you will play a key role in providing clientfacing support while leveraging your strong interpersonal and administrative skills. This position requires a solid understanding of wealth management and various investment account types. Success in this role comes from being highly detailoriented organized and driven to deliver exceptional service and results.

Employment type: Indefinite term contract
Shift: Monday to Friday and weekends 3 shifts across the week
Work setup: Onsite Bogot and Medellin

Be the Steady Hand that Guides the Team Through Every Challenge
  • Assist Optimize employees with inquiries related to processing service requests within the CRM.
  • Complete administrative tasks and updates in the CRM and with custodians.
  • Manage phone calls from stakeholders ensuring professional and helpful interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams using support tools.
  • Provide problemsolving support and guidance to teams using the CRM.
  • Funnel candidate questions to specialists and relay responses back to clients.
  • Update administrative information across all accounts in the CRM.
  • Gather information send emails and track data throughout the process.
  • Answer phone calls chats and emails while maintaining clear communication with clients.
  • Open tickets and escalate issues to 2ndlevel support as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of various investment types and account structures.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Commitment to following service quality standards.
  • C1level proficiency in English.

Tech Stack:

  • Proficient in Excel.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Canadian financial institutions.
  • Educational background in Business or Finance.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM (highly preferred).
