Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Brazing pipes replacing compressors gas refilling testing repair general service knowledge of AC Refrigerators and Chest freezers;
- Workshop and customer onsite repair experience;
- Split Inverter noninverter cassette and commercial AC repair and maintenance experience;
- Handling of job cards necessary repair maintenance documentations and reporting experience about inspected customer goods;
- Well professional communication and explanation with customers and team;
- Monitor and optimize the AC mounting process ensuring consistent efficiency and quality;
- Receive and effectively manage faulty customer complaints providing detailed quotations for repairs;
- Carry out repairs on air conditioners in accordance with established standards and procedures;
- Supervising and guaranteeing product quality at all stages of production identifying and correcting possible faults;
- Ensure that spare parts are always adequately stocked to avoid interruptions in production;
- Collaborate proactively with the sales customer and production teams to ensure harmony between commercial and factory objectives;
- Keep accurate and uptodate records of all activities related to AC production and repair;
Requirements:
- Medium English understanding;
- Technical training in Air Conditioning or related field;
- Proven experience in assembling and repairing air conditioning refrigerators and chest freezers systems;
- Solid knowledge of quality and safety standards related to AC production;
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Results orientation and ability to work under pressure;
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with production management systems is an advantage.
