Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner with a background in Fintech Blockchain or Web3 technologies to join the innovative team. In this role you will lead the development and delivery of cuttingedge financial solutions driving product vision and strategy in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Define build and prioritize the product roadmap based on business objectives and customer needs.
- Ensure user stories are welldocumented prioritized and meet the defined acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including development marketing and QA to drive product execution and delivery.
- Manage the product backlog gather requirements and contribute innovative ideas to improve the overall product.
- Implement Agile methodologies schedule product demos and coordinate product reviews.
- Maintain quality assurance and ensure that the product meets a worldclass standard.
- Utilize product metrics to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project budgets for development and testing.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management in a techdriven environment.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and backlog prioritization.
- Proven track record of successfully launching B2C products.
- Experience working in Fintech Web3 or Blockchain technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and guide crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA Confluence or similar project management software.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to address ambiguous problems and create datadriven solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to drive consensus and alignment among senior stakeholders.
