Executive Director General Manager RN LPN Seniors Care Home West Kootenays BC
We are looking for an experienced Nursing leader for a seniors longterm care home nestled in the beautiful (affordable) West Kootenay Region of BC.
A health care professional who is innovative flexible and businessminded with a strong background in a comparable role.
Imagine yourself at the helm of a warm communityfocused care home located in a region renowned for its stunning natural beauty think majestic mountains tranquil lakes and lush forests. The area also boasts a vibrant arts scene and historic mining towns with safe communities and topnotch schools including a fantastic local college.
Your role will involve overall responsibility and authority for the daytoday operations of a small longterm care home including resident care programs services environmental building maintenance and fiscal performance.
