Seniors Longterm Care Home

As a Site Administrator you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide exceptional care and enhance the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the leadership team and frontline staff fostering a culture of trust innovation and excellence.
- Drive the transformation of our longterm care site ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our mission and values.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that empowers our dedicated team.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Oversee the daytoday operations of the facility including budget management and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- BCCNM Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) with 3 years leadership experience in care home administration or leadership; Proven track record of successful leadership in healthcare; Innovative thinker with a commitment to integrity and ethical practices; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
