Senior Support Specialist L2/L3
Job Purpose:
- Should be able to troubleshoot erros on Informatica Teradata Hadoop platforms and supports applications built on top of it.
- Strong problem solving knowledge on Databases like Hadoop Teradata & SQL.
- Monitoring JobsWorkflow and working with technical teams to derive permanent fix.
- Hands on Experience in Building Trouble Shooting Informatica Mappings.
- Working experience on handling and managing ETL Processes and Data Warehousing platform
- Hands on Experience in Writing Debugging Testing Shell Scripts.
- Hands on Experience in Teradata Utilities like Bteq Fast Load Multi Load TPT.
- Experience in Writing Debugging Testing Hive Scripts.
- Hands on Experience in any Scheduling Tool.
- Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly.
- Deep Understanding of Data Ware House Concepts
- Hands on Experience in process like Incident management Problem management and Change management.
- Should be a good team Player & Individual Contributor.
- Should be able to Interact with Both Technical / NonTechnical Users & address their queries.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good working experience in support role.
- Should be flexible for long working hours.
- Should be ready to work in 16X7 shift or on call support.
EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree / Master in IT/Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
