Agile Business Analyst/Product Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Product Analyst (Agile Business Analyst) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring that our agile Emobility incentive projects align with business goals and deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in gathering and own documenting business requirements ensuring clarity and completeness.
• User Stories: Create and refine user stories acceptance criteria and ensure they are wellunderstood by the development team
• Agile Facilitation: Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups reviews and retrospectives
• Backlog Management: Assist in prioritizing the product backlog ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team facilitating effective communication and collaboration
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide insights and support decisionmaking processes
• Quality Assurance: Assist in defining and executing test plans to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
• 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst/Scrum Master in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in agile tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. Certified Scrum Master PMIACP)
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of Emobility and electric vehicle charger programs a plus
• Potential to extend.
