You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Summary: The Physician Physician Assistant (PA) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Recruitment Specialist is responsible for screening and securing toptier medical talent to meet our healthcare organizations needs. This roles responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring leaders to understand staffing requirements utilizing various recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding. Additionally this role will ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and human resource policies throughout the recruitment process.
Job Expectations:
Serve as a daytoday resource and expert to provider recruitment knowledge in physician PA and APRN education and discipline background training components and skill requirements.
Respond to practice and candidate inquiries consistent with Facility strategic initiatives and serve as a resource for daytoday recruiting activities surrounding recruitment trends resources processes and tools.
Conduct thorough candidate screening phone intakes assessments and potential sponsorship of candidate to evaluate qualifications skills and cultural fit with candidates present to hiring leader and give regular updates.
Conducts tactical and strategic recruitment activities including sourcing attending / coordinating job fairs (local and throughout the USA) medical association events and training programs.
Coordinates site visits community tours meals and travel for candidate.
Coordinate and create employment offers and compensation packages with the understanding of provider compensation and benefits based internal equity and negotiation of offers if necessary.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and external recruiting partners including answering questions promptly and provide ongoing support to all customers.
Ensures that all employment forms/documented information are complete and accurate using the providertracking database and are.

Required Qualifications:
5 years of recruitment experience preferably in a healthcare setting
1 years Provider recruitment experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook
Preferred
Bachelors degree in human resources Business or related program
Experience working direct physician recruitment within a health system
CPRP or PHR SPHR SHRMCP
Experience working with Lawson software
