Your Role

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in identifying engaging and attracting toptier talent in the life sciences sector. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Responsible for endtoend recruitment including requisition intakes sourcing screening/interviewing submissions to hiring managers through offer stage.
  • Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to understand specific requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Thoroughly review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and fit by conducting phone screens and interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipeline records.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.


Requirements


  • Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter or similar role. Experience in the life science industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to maintain positive candidate experience and conduct effective candidate interviews.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Experienced with a range of candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills with the ability to effectively evaluate/identify key candidate skills and traits.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding target goals.
