Our client is a leading banking company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Customer Engagement and Development:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers.
- Gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the relevant department to establish and implement customer value propositions (CVP).
- Create and execute action plans for customer consultations and management.

Portfolio Management:
- Oversee and develop relationships with customers in the designated portfolio primarily those with varied financial needs.
- Ensure achievement of targeted income (TOI) and maintain highquality debt management across the portfolio.

Credit Proposal Management:
- Prepare and present credit proposals to the Credit Committee for approval.
- Conduct regular reviews of the customer portfolio to identify potential risks and warning signs.
- Work with team members and relevant departments to devise strategies for managing emerging risks.

Compliance and Coordination:
- Assist in inspections audits and control activities as required.

Requirements
Domain Knowledge:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the finance and banking sector with at least 10 years in a management role.
- Fluent in English with a TOEIC score of 650 or higher or equivalent.
- Bachelor s degree in Banking Finance or a related economic field.
