Our client a leading real estate company is looking for a topnotch candidate to join their firm.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing real estate sales business plans and cash flow plans. Accountable for the real estate business revenue KPIs to the Board of Directors and the General Director;

  • Organize the establishment implementation and control of monthly/quarterly/annual budget plans related to real estate business;

  • Responsible for developing sales policies for real estate that align with the current period or directives from the Board of Directors and General Director. Establish processes for coordination with relevant departments to operate these sales policies;

  • Build and establish sales distribution channels according to the companys business orientation (agent channel internal channel partner channel etc.). Develop and control agent management policies and selfbusiness policies;

  • Responsible for developing procedures and implementing procedures regarding handover debt collection and propertyrelated documentation in real estate business;

  • Establish strategies and plans for customer care in real estate. Develop systems and processes for customer care before during and after sales. Ensure customer satisfaction regarding the quality of products and services from the investor;

  • Responsible for developing overall marketing strategies for the company including issues related to communication and crisis management (if any);

  • Responsible for creating training programs for products customer services and skills for the distribution channel system and departments within the real estate business to enhance customer experience and the investors reputation;

  • Collaborate with relevant departments in building financial products for real estate buyers;

  • Develop report and control the basis for pricing real estate;

  • Manage sales results reporting and KPI effectiveness for departments/teams/groups in the real estate business and other management reports as required. Report monthly/quarterly/annual results on real estate business activities to the Board of Directors and General Director;

  • Ensure coordination between the real estate business department and other departments within the company and the group;

  • Perform other tasks and powers as assigned delegated or authorized by the Board of Directors and General Director (if any).

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher; possession of a real estate brokerage license.

  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar role within real estate companies or financial banking or insurance institutions.
