730a330p; Wed/Thu; 2 days/week (surgery ctr)
830a5p; Mon/Tue/Fri; 3 days/week (clinic)
Patient Volume: 1215
Patient Demographics: Adults only
Support Staff: 1 NP/PA 1 MA (FT); No nursing/PT/OT onsite.
Required Procedures:
Active FLURO
Pain mgmt: Chronic Injections (Joint Trigger pts blocks epidural facet flouroguided)
All epidurals facet injections ablations & other procedures are performed at the surgery center.
No. of Exam Rooms: 4
EMR: Epic
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active CA License
BC
ACLS
