Job Description

Coverage Type: Clinical Only

Shift Schedule: MonFri; 6a3p

90 days with the possibility of extension

Patient Demographics: Adults

Patient Volume: 340 employees

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions conducting physical exams and ensuring employees overall wellbeing.

Urgent Care: Respond promptly to and administer care for urgent onsite medical cases accidents and injuries.

Interdisciplinary Care: Coordinate with offsite healthcare providers and specialists for employee referrals and continuity of care.

Prescribing Medications: Prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and monitor medication management educating patients on proper usage.

Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records documenting medical histories treatments and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations protocols and industry standards including occupational health and safety guidelines.

Clinic Management: Manage the daytoday operations of the clinic including supply inventory equipment maintenance and administrative tasks related to patient care.

Health Promotion: Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and wellbeing of employees.

Employee Relationship Building: Work to establish relationships with factory employees promoting trust and a compassionate healthcare environment.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active OH License

DEA

Min 12 years of experience

BLS CPR (preferred)
