Position: Polish Customer Service Advisor
Location: Lisbon Portugal (Onsite)
Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Polishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with product information orders and servicerelated questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Polish (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work onsite in Lisbon Portugal.
