• Actively participate in the country area management team to integrate finance considerations into local decisionmaking.
• Serve as a key finance partner to business leaders offering support through detailed analysis and reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of management accounting and operational reporting within the groups framework.
• Prepare and analyze profitability reports for customers projects products and agreements.
• Provide management with information and recommendations on financial transactions operational costs inventories sales orders taxes depreciation property and other asset values.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and forecasts and develop statements of recommendations for future financial plans internal controls policies and objectives.
• Evaluate and implement approved programs aimed at cost reduction improved controls work simplification and optimal equipment utilization.
• Identify process improvement opportunities by recognizing implications and relationships among problems and issues.
• Ensure compliance with the Groups financial legal and IT policies instructions and guidelines across all levels of the company.
• Conduct local audits of service locations and report findings and recommendations to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):

1. Do you have 8 Yrs. of experience as a Controller

2. Do you have previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry

3. Do you have a Bachelors degree in accounting Business Administration or a related field.

4. Do you have previous experience with SAP Siebel or other large ERP systems is strongly preferred

5. Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in preparatory accounting financial analysis or Controller roles preferably within a service environment.

6. Are you comfortable with 1015% travel

7. Do you have a CPA Nice to Have
