Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join FILINVEST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain handson experience in designing implementing and evaluating training programs that support employee growth and development. Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology Education or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development and a passion for helping others grow.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
