Key Responsibilities
Martech Strategy & Implementation: Serve as a strategic advisor guiding clients on Martech platform implementation and optimization. Lead endtoend integration within existing architectures and develop strategies that streamline data across systems. Stay on top of new tech advancements.
Campaign Management: Oversee Marketing Automation designing customer journeys executing campaigns and driving multichannel engagement. Analyse CRM web and digital data to enhance campaigns and ROI. Conduct A/B testing and workflow optimization.
Technical Expertise: Customise Martech platforms using scripting and markup languages to meet client needs. Support sales processes by identifying new business opportunities conducting needs assessments and presenting strategic proposals.
Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver Martech solutions aligned with business goals. Mentor consultants and clients to build Martech capabilities

Skills and Qualifications
Experience in marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign Salesforce
Marketing Cloud Unica Hubspot Pardot Marketo Voyado or Braze etc
Experience and understanding of relational databases with at least a basic level of proficiency in SQL.
Data modelling skills
Good to have at least basic knowledge in HTML CSS and JavaScript
Proficiency in some programming language (C# VB Java)

Technical Skills that are a bonus
Technical experience of digital channels such as email SMS
Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA/GTM or Qlik Sense
Experience working within a version control management system such as GitHub
Experience with project management systems such as Jira or Asana
Experience with CRM tools such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce CRM
Understanding of good semantics and mobile first web design
Understanding of UX/UI design
Basics in web / marketing analytics

Practical Information
This is a permanent position with a 6 months probation period based at our Stockholm office. Starting date as soon as possible or by agreement. We offer a hybrid remote workplace. You will report to the Head of Delivery in the Stockholm office.
